Our Directors

Jane Norbron

Jane has worked extensively in the motor industry as a consultant and has designed and delivered numerous business improvement programmes. She’s worked for Ford, BMW, DCUK and the Institute to the Motor Industry. Jane has also facilitated mentoring relationships between executives and MBA recruits to identify future leaders and has coached a number of board directors.

Over the years, Jane has worked strategically in organisational development, change programmes and process re-engineering. She was invited to work with the senior team at the IMI to develop a new strategic plan for the merger with Automotive Skills and has been instrumental in supporting the delivery of the business plan.

Most recently Jane’s work has focused on the assessment of senior people, coaching leaders and their teams, linking individual performance to business results.

Previously, Jane was as a senior manager at Marks and Spencer in both HR and commercial roles.

Jane is a qualified executive coach and Investors in People advisor, working with a blend of profiling tools, including emotional intelligence, which is particularly suited for assessing leadership potential.

Camille Nickson FCIPD

Camille has worked as a consultant in the motor industry for 17 years, focussing on the development of managers and leaders.

Camille has worked with Ford of Britain and Ford of Europe, developing skills and attracting new talent. She also has a wealth of consultancy experience with dealer networks, driving both organisational development and Investors in People certification.

Today, Camille’s key focus is in research and development of leadership and management. She specialises in bringing management theory to life in a real life business context, working with a range of applications, from strategy to teaching day-to-day behaviours all aimed at delivering better business results.  Outside of the motor industry Camille works on a regular basis with the University of Essex, National Gallery, Electoral Commission and Avon Cosmetics.

Camille is currently working on developing business metrics for the AMA.

In her previous life, Camille was a manager at Marks and Spencer with experience at store and divisional level.

In addition to being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development and a Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry, Camille is a qualified MBTI, SDI and FIRO practitioner, an experienced performance coach and 360 facilitator.
